Many people will be familiar with Edward Bach’s flower essences, developed in the 1930s. Perhaps the most well-known of these is his ‘Rescue Remedy’, sold in high-street pharmacies and health stores.
However, there are now many producers of flower essences from all over the world. Practitioners may have a preference of which to suggest or prescribe at any given time. New essences are continually being developed, and there is a wonderful range to choose from.
Flower essence therapy practitioners choose from specific kits of singular essences and essence combinations. All the essences in the practitioner’s box contain energetic and vibrational qualities which assist in providing wellbeing and emotional support for the client.
A consultation will usually take an hour and we will work together to discuss the desired outcome. I will decide on the essence(s), which will be forwarded within 48 hours. An affirmation may be offered.
At present, I like to choose from the following essences, with which I have a personal affinity. These include:
The magical Alaskan flower, gem and environmental essences with their coolness and beauty, stemming from the breath-taking environment in which these plants thrive and grow.
The fiery Bush flower essences (Australian origin), with their glow and wildness at the heart of their sunny environment.
The quiet charm of the Bailey essences with their subtle, gentle elements of the local environment (primarily from the UK).
The lively Mediterranean flower, environmental and mineral essences with the warmth, beauty and grace of their surroundings.
The Wild Earth essences with the ability to encompass the diversity and nature of the animal kingdom.
