Gentle Movement
‘Infinite’ Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for health reasons and as a discipline of meditation in movement to promote mental calm, peace and clarity. I also offer classes individually.
Writing for Wellbeing
Writing for wellbeing and journalling, in a group setting, can support self-development and greater knowledge of the self. It aims to promote a sense of wellbeing and healing.
