\nOur roots are our foundations, our stability
\nThey keep us safe and secure
\nThey support us throughout the seasons of life
\nThey allow us to feel and to grow<\/p>\n
\nOther roots are more fragile and tenuous
\nNew growth brings new roots as life moves on
\nSmaller and newer roots add to our strength<\/p>\n
\nThe death of a lifelong partner changes everything
\nWe\u2019re untethered, unbalanced and fearful
\nLost, with no anchor<\/p>\n
\nSignificant loss requires a total re-alignment
\nHow do we re-root ourselves?
\nIt feels like an impossible task<\/p>\n
\nThe power of human connection
\nCommunication and sharing
\nSupporting and helping each other<\/p>\n
\nTo have roots to hold us
\nHope flickers and flourishes through connections
\nFrom sharing and caring about everyone\u2019s
