I was touched that one of my participants in the group, after listening to a poem and being given prompts, decided to write a poem including the ‘C’ words. She was happy for me to share it here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compassion, Consideration, Confidentiality, Communication, Caring, Choice, Creativity.
The \u201csoft\u201d but firm boundaries create the space
For love to linger in the air, and
Lift Our Spirits to let the pen flow.
Words evolve, shift from our hearts and souls,
To be considered, held, regarded.
To be recognised for \u201cOurselves\u201d,
To be treated with respect and understanding,
To be \u201cAlive\u201d,
As we should be.
